Firearms Layaway Policy

· 30 Days.

· 20% non-refundable cash only deposit required.

· Both New and Used Firearms.

· You may cancel before the Final Payment Date by phone, email or in person. Any payments made (aside from the deposit) will be refunded.

· If your final payment is not received on or before the Final Payment Due Date, we will cancel your layaway and you forfeit all payments.

· If you receive a Deny on ATF Form 4473 you forfeit all funds paid.
